Real estate and building investments

We provide legal services in the process of trading and managing properties. We represent our clients in court proceedings related to real estate, including, among others, proceedings for infringement of possession, acquisitive prescription, establishment of easements, dissolution of co-ownership, immissions. We prepare and negotiate lease and tenancy agreements on behalf of our clients. We provide legal services for building investments.

The scope of services includes, among others:

• representation in court proceedings related to real estate ownership,
• preparation and negotiation of lease, tenancy and sale agreements of real estate,
• examination of the legal status of real estate (due diligence) and legal support in its structuring
• obtaining relevant administrative decisions in connection with construction investments,
• representation in construction disputes.
